Feature description
I am requesting an option to enable adaptive, dynamic backgrounds specifically for the Media list (Tracks, Folders, Albums) and the Now Playing Queue screens. The goal is to have these screens reflect the primary colors or a blurred version of the current track’s album art, creating a more immersive experience.
Problem solved
Currently, there is a strong visual disconnect when navigating between the colorful, dynamic “Now Playing” screen and the solid black background of the Media list and the Now Playing Queue. This transition feels abrupt and breaks the visual flow.
Brought benefits
Visual Consistency: It creates a seamless flow across the app’s core navigation and playback screens.
Premium UI: It leverages the app’s existing color extraction engine to provide a more modern and deep aesthetic.
Other application solutions
Some music players implement a low-opacity “accent” layer or a heavy blur of the album art as a background behind the lists, ensuring that text remains perfectly readable while adding visual depth. Example: blackplayer
