Access the settings from the secondary shortcut row

Feature description:

I would like to request the addition of an option to access the settings fom the secondary shortcut row, and hide the settings button from the top right corner.

Problem solved:

It does allow to remove all buttons displayed in the top right corner while still not wasting a slot in the bottom navigation bar to access the settings.

Brought benefits:

By being able to remove all buttons from the top right corner, we get a cleaner view on many pages (library, album, artist, genre, playlist pages, etc).

The problem is that users are well users and have dozens of ways to loose access to the settings once this is done.

For the moment I have not found a proper efficient way to check all the possible cases to ensure that there’s always a visible settings button somewhere.

I expected this answer as I guess it must be cumbersome/complex to check if settings are still accessible.
I will move the settings in the bottom navigation bar for now, thanks for your answer Tolriq.
