Issue description:
When using the buttons to seek forward in a track, we are rarely able to seek past the end of the current track.

Player position is at the left and well exceeds song length on the right.
NOTE: skip back behaves correctly. Only forward is affected.
Reproduction steps:
Ensure your NPS layout has set the Skip Forward/Back (X) secs buttons enabled. Any value is fine but large values are quicker to test.
Open a queue with any tracks. STOP playback by long-pressing the PLAY button. Navigate to Queue menu and reopen the queue. Do NOT begin playback.
With media still paused, use the button to skip forward (X) secs. You will be able to skip past the end of the song, presumably without end.
