When offline cannot see or play from Permanent Cache

Issue description:

I added 750+ tracks via permanent cache on my android phone.

When the phone wifi is not connected, I cannot see tracks or anything to play.

I am new to this, and figure this is something simple???

I did not purchase yet, still trying to see if this works, so far this is my only issue.

I think the dozen messages that says that every issue needs a log else they are ignored are quite clear that they are needed …

No one can know what you are doing and your settings, logs shows everything and avoid me to loose time asking them again :wink:

You have probably enabled a setting to hide not connected providers or something but I can’t guess.

Well,

I am a new user and was struggling.

Did I change some setting? Probably?

I went through the app and basically set everything back to default.

Works fine now. Really like the app.

I guess I need to learn how to extract logs prior to asking a question in the future…

No, you just need to read the wizard. It says everything, including at least twice that logs are mandatory and issue without logs are closed and you check a box that says I promise I have uploaded the logs. And of course how to gather said logs.

There’s no way to ignore those not on purpose.
