You’ll see those same buttons in many places I the app. Albums, for example, will show the same.
From left to right:
Play, Resume, Shuffle, Play Next, Add to Queue, Instant Mix
Btw you can long-press the icons to get a tooltip that tells you what they do.
If you’re talking about the two lines for each track, it’s showing the “Work” tag. You can disable it in:
Interface > Album page > Group tracks by work
