I use Symfonium on my Pixel Watch 3 during workouts. This has been causing some issues. As a summary:
Weightlifting using Fitbit → No problems
Running using Fitbit + Symfonium → Several restarts
Running using Strava + Symfonium → Several restarts
Running using Symfonium (no app tracking) → Several restarts
I tried a factory reset restoring my backup and another reset without restoring my data with no luck so I discarded it is something from the watch. I also double check there were no pending updates on the watch.
I have pending going for a run using a different music app just to confirm it does not restart the watch but I wanted to write my issue here in case someone noticed a similar behavior. However, I used to run with a different music app a long time ago with no issues. I would love to use Symfonium though. Any idea of what could be happening?

The last test I did was playing music using only the Symfonium app on the watch (no connection to the phone) and it restarted after some time.
For the others who may find this, the Googe answer:
After discussing with the relevant teams, apparently this issue has already been addressed and is in the next release, 6.1, which I believe is 25Q4. After the users' devices take in that next update then it should no longer be a problem. Thanks for your patience!
My Pixel watch just updated to WearOS 6.1 so I enabled playback offload.
Watch don’t restart anymore, but I have another issue.
After one song finishes playing, the watch plays another one for one second and then stops playing. The play/stop button didn’t work at that time, but the next song button did.
