[Wear OS] Battery drain

Issue description:

Hello, thanks for Wear OS support.

However on my Pixel Watch 3 I have serious problem. When I leave app running (even when music is not playing) my watch is not charging.

When I kill the app (force close) watch is charging normally.

Looks like it is caused by high app power consumption.

This looks like a device issue with offload :frowning: Is it fully updated ?

You can disable offload in settings press multiple times on the app version then disable offload.
