Issue description:
When connected to WIFI (unmetered) and wireguard VPN, the toggle “VPN as mobile connection” does not seem to be working or honouring transcoding settings.
The files should transcode to OPUS, which works when wifi is set to metered and symfonium “metered WiFi connections as mobile” is toggled on.

Reproduction steps:
Toggle on “VPN connection as mobile” in symfonium.
Close symfonium.
Open Symfonium while connected to WIFI and own Wireguard tunnel.
Start a stream.
Music is not transcoded.
