V15.1 Output settings duplicate entries & undeletable entries

Issue description

Hello,

Updated last night to v15.1.
While I was cleaning up the long list of devices that were auto populated (thanks), I’ve seen the following bug that doesn’t seems to be reported yet:

• phone is duplicated (phone, téléphone)
• some entries can not be removed. Those entries are cliclable and displays the same settings/equalizer options as other devices

Steps to reproduce

Launch app
Go to Settings → Playback → Outputs settings

I’ve uploaded logs but there is nothing relevant inside.

I need logs when you manage to switch from phone to remote playback and inverse.

The Phone / Téléphone is because you use your device in multiple languages and it’s the name returned by the OS.

I’ve done some back and forth:

• tel to upnp target (denon) to tel
• tel to chromecast target to tel
• tel to upnp to chromecast to tel
• tel to chromecast to upnp to tel
• tel to upnp to chromecast to upnp to tel

I have 3 language configured, the non latin one isn’t displayed:

If I reorder it it the same. When I switch the phone to English or 日本語, it is always “Téléphone”.
Interestingly it seems this menu in particular doesn’t take the langage change well.

The following screenshots are all with the phone in 日本語 and symfonium using default system value.
