TV Build focus system implementation doesn't work

Issue description:

I’m no expert, but this appears to be related to

Using the Android TV build with D-pad navigation, the focus indicator has very low contrast against both dark and light backgrounds, making it nearly impossible to see where focus is from a normal viewing distance. The color difference almost feels imagined. An older relative could not see the difference when standing 10cm from the screen, but small children can see it, so maybe we’re just old?

Changing theme colors or contrast settings doesn’t appear to affect this.
Would it be possible to add a visible focus indicator for D-pad navigation, and ideally a color slot in the theme system to control it?

Logs:

Upload description: I’m not sure how to get the logs off my tv, but even so there’s no crash or error. The color difference is just so small. I tried taking a picture with my phone but the color difference is invisible from my smartphone.

Reproduction steps:

I’m using a google streamer 4k.

Symfonium is set to high contrast.

For the photo I have bumped up the contrast using editing software on my phone. It really feels like you’re imagining the color change unless your nose is to the tv. I’m using the dark theme but it is just as bad with light. The background itself is solid black. You are seeing reflections that become visible when I bumped up the contrast.

The logs are mandatory and the wizard explain how to get them.
