Treat Wireguard VPN as Mobile connection even when connected to WIFI

Feature description:

Goal:

Have music streamed remotely via VPN + WIFI always transcoded to 320kps while keeping WIFI streamed music as original.

Currently, its only possible to choose one or the other. This is a problem when connected with wireguard and WIFI, which is often times the case when remote.

Problem solved:

Allows users to use VPN + Wifi and transcoded high bitrate audio at the same time. While keeping audio original when home, were bitrate is not an issue due to audio equipment, bandwidth.

Brought benefits:

Allows granular control over transcoding options with use of VPN.

I tried to replicate, connected to VPN + WIFI, transcode vs original file quality settings.

For now, you can set whatever wifi network you are using with your VPN as a metered connection, and set Symfonium to treat metered connections as mobile networks
