When rating stars are displayed on album screen (and probably others), if the user goes to scroll the page and ends up touching the rating stars to do so (even without a pause, just as fluid a motion as possible), the rating will change.
Did not include a log… I know, I’m an awful person, but it’s entirely UI and I dont have my device with symfonium on it with me at the moment. If a log is necessary, just scold me and ill attach one.

Perhaps change rating on lift event or some logic to detect whether it’s an intentional tap or a swipe to scroll.
That’s the exact situation, with the rating bar set to the middle alignment, at least on my screen size, I keep starting my scroll on the rating bar inadvertently. Scrolling over it does not cause the change, as you say.
Sounds good I’ll probably try a couple different locations for it as well perhaps allowing for different sizes specifically making it smaller might be a solution as well

I don’t need ass licking I’m used to less then 5% thanks, it was more the no thanks then when an issue instant it’s horrible I want to rollback without any restraint.
