### App version

Production

### Issue description

When playback speed \> 1.0, after transition to the next track the position counter advances at roughly double rate while audio plays at the set speed. Depending upon circumstances (can’t figure out what makes it do A or B) it either:
A) track ends early around the midpoint of the track where the position marker has advanced to the ‘end’. In this case it throws an error. (logs captured and sent per instructions)
or
B) it behaves erratically, and displays a time index that is greater than the track length

Toggling speed back to 1.0 and back to 2.0 clears it

Was able to reproduce with local mp3s and those served through google drive.

### Device type

Phone

### Media provider

Local device

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open app
2. Select ‘Library’
3. Select ‘Files’
4. Select ‘local device’
5. Select ‘’
6. Start playback
7. Select ⁝
8. Select “Speed”
9. Select “2.0”
10. First track will play normally. Issue will not occur.
11. Issue is first observable on the second track in the folder.

### Additional information

I do have a short video of the issue, if that would help. Logs were uploaded as required. If there’s any issues there, I do have them saved offline.

[Already fixed](https://support.symfonium.app/t/sound-files-end-early-when-playback-speed-1-0-time-elapsed-exceeds-the-shown-length-of-the-audio-file/14886) as of Beta 2. See #Changelog if you want to try it yourself.

Was searching in the wrong place then. Thanks, I see that. Will update to the beta version. Was such a clear and easy one for me to document properly so thought it might help. 🙂
