Theme Tertiary Container Colour Issue

Issue description:

When tertiary container is selected as a string colour and the new overlay system is used in the string, only the parts of the string without the overlay get coloured.

This only happens when using the tertiary container colour option.

Screenshot 3 shows the same string with the primary colour option enabled instead.
 

Reproduction steps:

 
On a string without multiple separated parts, apply the new overlay on one of the separate parts using “\o” and then select tertiary container colour as the string colour.

This is the same behavior as without \O and using the tertiary, since there’s no contrast control if you overlay currently the tertiary is also not used …

No. This is what is looks like without \o. I should have included the screenshot initially.

Read again, if you overlay with tertiary it does the same
