The app reset on me a while back; I thought I might have done something, so I just let it slide. It just reset again, but luckily I have my themes uploaded to the forum. It resets and wipes everything except the theme I was using last. How should I submit this error log? I checked to see if anyone else had reported the issue, but it doesn’t look like it. ---

Without logs, I’d imagine there’s zero chance of knowing the exact cause. And unless this happens regularly, you can’t really catch a log for it. You might leave debug mode ON for weeks and not see this again. 🤷 ---

It seems to be an issue with Samsung phones, since I use one too. I wonder what setting might be causing it. ---

This happened to me recently but I had just made a backup so it didn’t affect me. First time it happened to me, I lost all my customizations, except for a few I had uploaded here. I don’t know what the problem is but I recall that both time the app was open in RAM but it when I clicked on it it restarted first like I had freshly opened it. I can only say that for now you should make a backup immediately after changing any setting on the app for peace of mind.
