Syncing takes significantly longer after updating to 10.11.x

Issue description:

After updating Jellyfin from 10.10.x to 10.11.x, syncing music takes noticeably longer than before.
Previously on 10.10.x, syncing was much faster. After the update, almost same library now takes considerably more time to complete.

Duplicate of many, cause of many bad ratings and well known issue on Jellyfin side.

Do not use 10.11 for music it’s uterly broken, there’s many issues on their github, even finamp have a red warning to not update to it.

I recommend using Navidrome as an alternative until Jellyfin gets fixed; with it I can scan my 16k song library in less than two minutes.

Yes, I’m running Navidrome in parallel on my server until the fix will be provided in Jellyfin.
