Symfonium transcoding flac to opus

Issue description:

Have plex server with music files predominantly in FLAC format. Some flac files get converted by symfonium to OPUS/OGG. am unable to play OPUS/OGG on sonos speaker. Would like to prevent symfonium from transcoding files.
Noticed files that it transcodes are very high bitrate ~3000kbps+

You are probably connected via Plex.tv proxy that have BW limits and force transcoding.

Please provide logs when enabling logs, then force kill the app then restart and wait 2 minutes as it should again try to connect directly and see why it’s not.
