Issue description:
Hello!
I am using Symfonium 13.1.0b on a Pixel 7 Pro with Android 15. When using a USB-C DAC (or headphones with an integrated DAC), the volume is always very loud, even when using the minimum volume allowed by the system. In order to fix it, I set the preamplification to -15 dB. However, this often does not work as moving the slider around yields no effect whatsoever. Disabling the DSP makes the DAC output to maximum volume, irrespective of what the volume actually is set to (which means it’s often loud to the point it’s painful: not great!).
In order to fix it, I often have to unplug the DAC, re-plug it in, enable the DSP, close Symfonium and re-open it. After that, preamplification appears to work as moving the slider around actually changes the volume output.
Other players, such as HiBy Player, do not exhibit this behaviour, so I doubt that this is a system-wide issue and not some quirk in how Symfonium manages USB DACs - hence this bug report.
