Hello,

I hope you are doing well!

I have enabled auto media cache on my provider but there does not seem to be any downloads.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Manage Media Providers
  2. Select navidrome server
  3. Enable Automatic media offline cache
  4. Resync the server
  5. None of the files have been downloaded :frowning:

The logs does not show the sync. Please provide a log actually doing your reproduction steps.

I synced by going to sync manager in settings.

You have limited the auto sync to a specific library and all the files from that library are already cached.

I apologize, maybe I am misunderstanding something.

What do you mean “already cached”? Does it mean that all files have already been downloaded? If not, how can I achieve that? That is my main goal; to make available all the files for offline use.

My offline files are still empty.

I just synced.

I only have one library on my server and it is not empty…

In the provider settings you have filtered the library that are offline cached.

I enabled the folder because it was under “Cached libraries” in Automatic media offline cache. I did not realize that was the filtering list, I thought it was selecting which libraries to download.
