### App version

Production

### Issue description

When drafting an update to an existing theme, the version number shown in the Compatibility section does not match that of the final submission.

It seems to use the version number from the Live page, rather than checking the version needed from the uploaded JSON.

### Device type

Phone

### Media provider

All

### Steps to reproduce

- Have a theme uploaded for an older app version
- Upload a new version of said theme, exported from a newer app version
- Note the “Compatibility” version shown before submitting draft
- check version again after submission is approved

### Additional information

Not a huge deal, just means I have to be careful to select the right file 😆

First pic is on Draft page, where version still shows “14.1.0” This matches the previous theme version, but not the drafted update’s version.

Second pic is from public page, after submission has been approved. Now shows the correct version “15.0.1”
