# Stuck Syncing Cannot Advance

Local sync getting stuck at scanning 46743 out of 52995

### Device type

Phone

Local device

### Steps to reproduce

Open app  
Select Local Storage  
Select Folder on SD card  
Sync  
Stuck

### Additional information

Tried restarting, force closing, formatting the SD card, and replaying the files. Still gets stuck.

The last files reached in your logs are `01.flac` to `04.flac` in `Dragon Ball Heroes - Ultimate Mission X (2017)`. The logs don’t yet show why progress stops there.

Could you try syncing only that folder and let me know whether it completes? If it also gets stuck, please upload the folder, including any CUE or lyrics files, to [https://upload.symfonium.app](https://upload.symfonium.app). Add `dirkdigg` and a description of the problem to the upload so I can find it.

It’s been stuck on preparing sync for 20 mins. I tried to upload the folder and got this.
