Split generating missing thumbs for artists and genres

Feature description:

I would love to have the possibility to generate missing thumbnails for artists only, not for genres.
I like to have my genre list “clean” with no images attached, but artists should have the generated thumbs.

Problem solved:

Genres can be configured to not show thumbnails

Brought benefits:

Genres can be configured to not show thumbnails

To be able to configure the generation of thumbs for artists and genres independently would be awesome.

Next release will allow to not select the auto generation at provider add step and add API calls to only generate the artist thumbnails.
