Spinning Circle Around Play Button

Issue description:

When attempting to play media I get a spinning circle surrounding the play button. Skipping to next track produces the same result.

Have you rebooted your phone? What is your playback settings?

I rebooted my phone and I will report back if the issue returns. What playback settings should I review?

UPDATE: It was working for awhile after I rebooted. Now the issues have returned.

Do you use the internal decoder, offload mode , hi res mode, the EQ ?

If rebooting the phone fix it’s something in the OS blocking.

  • I am not using the internal decoder.
  • Offload mode is set to “if device supports gapless”
  • I am not using hi res mode.
  • The EQ processing engine is toggled on and so is preamp. Everything else is disabled.

So everything is handled by your device without Symfonium control.

Return to default prefer Internal decoder as first step m.

I’ve been running the app for two days at work without any issues. Changing the decoder toggle in playback settings fixed my issue. Thank you for your help.

Restoring to the default value :slight_smile:

But yes phones have bugged decoders.
