Sorting "Album Artists" By "Play Count"

Issue description

In my library I have my “Album Artists” sorted by “Play Count” which I love. When listening to albums by certain artitsts I can often see their position in the list jump dynamically as I listen. Other artists remain stagnant in their position no matter how many songs or albums I might listen to. Why is that? I am presuming because I am in the “Album Artist” sort it would ONLY be looking at “Album Artist” and not just “Aritst”. I know without a doubt the updated plays should move the Album Artist position.

I am using Pcloud as my music source which is not listed below as a source.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Library
  2. Go To Album Artists
  3. Sort By Play Count
  4. Listen To Album By A Particular Artist
  5. Return Album List Sort By Playlist
  6. See If Album Artist Changes Position (some do, some don’t)

Actually, I think I eventually found what I was looking for in the Database Settings. Toggled on was “only update tack artists play counts” and that often differs with how i tag my music. I adjusted that toggle off and it was seemingly fixed. Perfect. That setting was hard for me to find but did get to it eventually. Follow up question: “Tracks playcount average” vs. “Tracks playcount sum”. How is “Tracks playcount average calculated”? I am guessing the “playcount sum” is just as simple as “how many times you have listened to this artists songs”. Sorry if that borders on dumb, just trying to wrap my head around the settings. Also would be amazing if total play count sum for each artist was displayed somewhere. Thanks for any and all help!
