Issue description
Hi, I’m testing the new OpenSubsonic sonic similarity extension and I have noticed the smart queue adds tracks from disabled libraries to the queue. Apologies if this is intended behavior, but seems a bit odd to me.

Steps to reproduce
- Set smart queue mode to sonic analysis based
- Start a queue from a track that has similar songs in disabled libraries.
- Notice how the songs get added to the queue anyway.
Additional information
In my case, the library DJ Mixes was disabled and it added a song to the queue, see logs.
