Issue description
Since upgrading to Symfonium v15.0.1, I have experienced inconsistent Smart Fade/crossfade behavior.
Before the upgrade, Smart Fades with Mix Only worked reliably and produced smooth transitions. My music library has not changed, and the same MP3 files worked properly before the upgrade.
Current settings:
Smart Fades: ON
Mix Only: ON
Fade In/Out: OFF
Fade-in/out curves: OFF
USB Exclusive Crossfade: OFF
Mobile/Wi-Fi maximum bitrate: Original
The behavior varies from track to track:
Some tracks transition normally with a smooth overlap.
Many show two flat dots/indicators near the end of the current track, resulting in almost no overlap.
With one dot, the transition usually works correctly, but sometimes the outgoing track abruptly cuts off.
Occasionally, the current track plays completely to the end and the next track starts with no overlap.
I also tested with Mix Only OFF, but this did not restore the previous crossfade behavior.
I have uploaded a debug log after reproducing the problem.
Because this started immediately after upgrading to v15.0.1, while the music library and MP3 files remained unchanged, I suspect this may be related to the new audio engine or Smart Fade processing.

Steps to reproduce
- Open Symfonium v15.0.1 and play my music library.
- Enable Smart Fades and Mix Only.
- Leave Fade In, Fade Out, both fade curves, and USB Exclusive Crossfade disabled.
- Set both Mobile and Wi-Fi maximum bitrate to Original.
- Play consecutive MP3 tracks and allow Symfonium to transition from one track to the next.
- Repeat with several different tracks.
- Observe that the transitions are inconsistent: some tracks overlap normally, some show two flat dots near the end and have almost no overlap, and some abruptly cut off before the next track begins.
- Occasionally, a track plays completely to the end with no overlap before the next track starts.
- The same music library and tracks produced normal, smooth transitions before upgrading to v15.0.1.
