Issue description
EQ profiles in equaliser settings. When a preset is altered, modified is shown, but there is no save button. Currently you have to press save as, dialogue box shows asking for a new name, but you can enter then same name. Is is possible to add a save option for modified presets that update the current preset similar way the current prod versions works?

Steps to reproduce
Playback, output settings, Equalizer, eq profiles. Load a preset, make and alteration. No save option, only save as option.
