Returning to search screen shows an encoded query

Issue description:

Searching, navigating away, and then returning to search shows the original query but encoded. All spaces are replaced with percent signs.

Reproduction

  1. Perform a search with a query that contains spaces. Example ‘word word’
  2. Select an item from the query. Example, I selected Bo Burnham’s album ‘Words Words Words’
  3. Press the back button. The query now shows ‘word%word’

Observed with the subsonic provider

I can confirm that with a Kodi provider (probably the provider does not matter). You obviously have to select an album in step 2, because if you click on a song it simply plays without leaving the search screen.
