This is because your server does not update the last played on bookmark creation and so when there’s a sync occurring the data is lost.
And one of the many reasons there’s media queues
Can I just force Symfonium to work offline? All the media in my playlists are cached locally.

Also already told you …
Advanced/Database/Disable library auto sync.
But your issue will still occur each time you sync the provider for new files …
I don’t understand why the provider is the issue. Can you elaborate? Is this a bug I need to bring to the Navidrome developer? Is playback state not saved locally on the device? The playlist is local, not stored on the server.

I already explained a couple of time why …
This doesn’t give me any information to go on. It is the exact same thing you said before, and never explained. It was your last comment.
All I ask is that you explain what the issue is. Is that too much to ask?

After all the spam and continuous refusal to understand that the way you want to use the app is not what the app is made for ? …
The sentence is pretty clear on the issue, what to resume is based on the last played, the data is lost in the case of Navidrome. End of story.
