Repeated crash while playing music on my SD card

App version

Production

Issue description

Hi,

It’s a issue probably impossible to fix without the proper logs, so I hope you’ll find them. I’ve uploaded them yesterday from the app, using Ottodix as username.

The crash is random, when the music is playing from the SD card. It’s a big SD card, with 220go of mp3 music in it. There isn’t any error message, the app simply quit.
Symfonium isn’t the only app which crash while playing music on this card, so it may be related to an issue with the card itself. But musicolet never crash even with this SD card, so I guess it’s still avoidable.

Thanks for looking,
Have a great day

Not a proper log, you need to clear them first as there’s 1 year of old stuff in it

The logs needs to be enabled when it happen as your device is too old to report crash reason on restart. Be sure to check https://dontkillmyapp.com/

But how can I clear them? I enabled the logs yesterday only in order to reproduce the issue, and then I pressed '“share logs with support”. So I’ll do the same later, I just need to know how to clear them. As I can’t see the log files themself, i don’t know what’s in it.

Ok, I’ve founded the right place - Divers > manage offline files (or something close, I’m using the french version).
So hopefully I’ll be able to come back with more helpful insights. Or not, if the app quit without writing anything in those logs, which is a possibility….
