### Issue description

Hello Tolriq! I just have a small question about the values returned by the `offlinestatus` string.

I see that for my local files, `offlinestatus` returns “1”.

Is this value used specifically for the “Local device” provider? Or can cached files from other providers also return this value?

### Additional information

I am trying to make an “Offline status indicator” that does not show for local media. The docs site has the following example string:

`{⬇ Offline%|offlinestatus!=empty%}`

But this displays for local files as well, since offlinestatus==“1”. If that value is only for local files, I can easily exclude it. But I don’t know if other providers’ media might also return “1” for `offlinestatus`.

In the NPS preview it returns 0, 1, and 10001 so I assume there can be many values.

I’m also trying to avoid checking against provider name because I assume “Local device” name varies by language.

You can’t 1 is cached, local device have all the files playable offline 😉
