Problem to access to media emby

Issue description

Hi,

I have recently created a Emby server hosted behind a HAProxy. It works perfectly on LAN,
but from internet access, I can’t read any media.
I’ve tried to access to web app emby and android app emby to avoir any issue on Haproxy or emby server and it works perfectly.

When I try to read something from symphonium, I got the error “no playable media to play”.
Moreover, the research return nothing.

I have done a packet capture on my haproxy, but nothing is coming when I search or try to play the media, but the navigation in folder generate some trafic.

The logs are not clear and only show that you are trying to play with offline filter enabled and there’s nothing offline cached.

Did you enable wifi only or auto offline mode ?

Hi,

I don’t have enabled the only wifi mode or auto offline mode.

On this morning I have installed au jellyfin server and it is the same issue.
I have just tried with another smartphone on 4G, it can reads the music. The configuration are the same on both smartphones.

I will try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
