Feature description:
Ability to place playlists in folders, just like in Spotify or Apple Music.
Problem solved:
A very long playlist screen to scroll through if you happen to have lots of playlists.

Better organization, just like folders on the computer help to organize your files.
Other application solutions:
Spotify, Apple Music both have playlist folders.
Additional description and context:
Sometimes you want to group your playlists in folders for better management. E.g. I have various jazz playlists which I rarely listen to unless with friends who like jazz. So I would much prefer to put them away in a separate folder rather than having to scroll through them every time I access my playlists. Same goes for dance music playlists which I only use for parties, etc.
