### App version

Production

### Issue description

Hello! I’m experiencing playback issues on my device when listening to audiobooks at below 1x speed. When it gets stuck, which happens every couple minutes, the audio renderer will fluctuate between “not ready” and “ready” roughly seven times per second, and will be stuck that way indefinitely.

This is on the Samsung Galaxy S22+, using app version 15.0.1. Android version is 16.

### Device type

Phone

### Media provider

OneDrive

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open any audio book
2. Set the playback speed to 0.7
3. Wait a couple minutes for it to sieze up

Possibly related to similar playback speed issues, which have been fixed already on the latest beta.

Check #Changelog if you want to try it and let us know if it works for you. Be sure to read the warnings!
