Personal Mixing includes tracks that are excluded from personal mixes

Issue description:

When going into an album tag page and using the personal mix button, it creates a queue that includes tracks that I’ve set to be excluded from personal mixes. This issue also occurs when using the feature in albums tab.

Reproduction steps:

Open either an album tag page or albums tab and use the personal mix button.

Those creates albums mixes that can include excluded tracks yes. That’s expected in that case since you queue full albums the full album is played.
