Enable OTG auto toggle on application launch, as an opt in configuration option.
Problem solved
My new phone requires me to enable OTG Connection for the USB-C headphone to pass audio. That is disabled after 10 minutes of no use.
Automatically enabling on application launch or playback start would allow me to enjoy the music playback without digging deep in system menu.

Better user experience, avoid messing with system config options that auto rollback.
