Option to not remove recently played songs when creating a new Song Mix

Feature description:

An option to disable the feature which removes the recently played songs from a new Song Mix.

This behaviour was confirmed by the dev here: Message #7712 by Tolriq – #General chat

Problem solved:

I like playing over and over some of the songs but when I create a new Song Mix, it removes the recently played song as shown in this log:
2024-04-09 13:11:12.728 Verbose/PersonalMix: Mix generated [0.24]: 153 -> 131 [30/92/9]

Brought benefits:

Being able to play any song in a Song Mix

This is not really possible as it would break the algo.

You can just create a playlists and use the shuffle button.
