It’s just adding a a determinate minimum time.
You insert X seconds and if the silence is more that those seconds It will omit it, other wise you could here it.
Also can be great a ramp in and out.
Problem solved
The trouble is that some songs, have various consecutive silences of less than a second, and if I use the normal omit silence function, the songs is distorted.
Brought benefits
It will remove weird cuts on the songs…
