Issue description:
When the Play/Pause button is added to the Bottom Bar, it does not change to reflect the player’s state. (Icon is visually stuck.)
Note: It works correctly in the NPS Preview but doesn’t work in the actual NPS.

Pic 1: Big button at top shows that media is currently PLAYING, so button changed to pause icon. Little button (center of Bottom Bar) is still stuck on “play” icon.
Reproduction steps:
Add the Play/Pause button to the Bottom Bar. Open Preview and confirm that icon changes when tapped.
Now play some actual media and test the button. It may change ONCE when playback is first started, but then it sticks and does not change again.
