Issue description:
Hey all, love symfonium. I have one small issue, I deleted all of the eq profiles and now symfonium won’t see the Bluetooth devices to switch to corresponding eq profile.
I was having issues with them switching in the first place, which is why I deleted them from the eq profile menu.

Additional information:
Removing and repairing ble devices did not populate the EQ device profiles with fresh list of devices after they have been removed. Not sure how to refresh this list after deleting the devices from this menu.
Android 11, oneplus 7 pro, latest symfonium ver 11.3.0 (127234)
Reproduction steps:
1 go to eq profiles
2 delete all eq profiles from the menu
3 remove and re-pair ble devices
4 go back to eq profiles and see no new devices
