# Missing artist in Symfonium while present in Jellyfin

### Issue description

My Jellyfin Library is synced with Symfonium, both in latest version to this date.  
One artist (named “Aurora”) doesn’t show in Symfonium.  
The files structure is respected (Music/Artist/Albums) and ID3 tags have a proper Artist.  
I have uploaded evidences via the app under gauff-missing-artist  
I’m also upgrading screenshots showing artist in Jellyfin, files structure, and missing artist in Symfonium.

Can you please tell me if I’m missing something or if there is a bug?

Yes it’s the usual Jellyfin bug that they do not care about and refuse to do anything about 🙂

They return 2 different artists that they can merge internally but refuse to expose anything so we can actually match them on our side.

1st one have no Mbids, “RecursiveItemCount”: missing

I’ll try to add the songCount and artistCount to the heuristics to guess if they are the same or not, but they really need to fix their side it’s boring.
