Method on watches to move to point in song/track during playback

Feature description:

Provide a method on a watch to move to a point within a track/song, and ideally show the time at that point and also the total time. This feature is already available on android phones but not on watches (or at least not Pixel Watch 2).
I think rotary input would be the best control method on a watch (but not sure if all watches support). If not, circling around the watch face to progress back and forth would be okay, otherwise dragging a slider if possible (like the phone version). As a last resort, just add seek forward/back 10 secs buttons (like the phone version).
I think times could be shown on the screen like the attached pic (SingleScreen_Option.png), and the existing progress circle around the play button is an adequate indicator of relative position.
This could be on a separate watch page if wanting to avoid UI clutter or minimise resource usage (just swipe to view), or perhaps show/hide on the main screen with swipe up/down.

Problem solved:

Unable to jump to a specific point in a song/track when listening on a watch via bluetooth (without your phone). And cannot see how much of the song/track has played and yet remains, nor note a specific time in a track/song.

Brought benefits:

When exercising, running, hiking, walking (or just sitting) with only a watch (and bluetooth headphones), it would be good to be able to quickly move to a point within a song/track - to skip a slow/dull part, or move to an uplifting/interesting part, or just relisten to a part you missed or loved. This applies to songs, podcasts and audio books.

Other application solutions:

WearMedia Musik Player appears to have a slider on watches (as shown on the play store), but it did not work for me.
My old Apple iPod Nano music player had the slider appear when you tapped the screen during playback, which I used quite regularly (and can been seen in screen picture on Apple iPod nano 7th gen review: Apple iPod nano 7th gen - CNET ).

Additional description and context:

I especially want to jump to energetic points in songs when I increase my running/exercise pace - so having a clear display with easy control is important (and I think rotary control would work best). I previously used the touchscreen slider on my old ipod nano, and was hoping to find a watch app with a similar feature. I find a phone is too cumbersome (and risky) to carry for some exercise.
I see the play button already has a progress circle that shows the relative position within a song, just not the specific time nor a way to control it.
Currently rotary input adjusts volume on the playback screen. Perhaps it could be reassigned during the swipe events (I mentioned in the description). Otherwise, it could be configured via a setting (as most headphones have their own volume controls, and there is still the volume button on the playback screen).
I did look for this request in other features, but I could not find any mention for watches. I saw one request for an android auto slider, which you said does not allow such UI customisations. It appears such customisations are possible on watches (e.g. for Android, Jetpack Compose for Wear OS, which appears to have components for sliders and progress indicators).
You probably already know about coding for rotary input, but here is a link to a video I found interesting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CzWz5Ad4iM
