Media will not play

Issue description:

Media will not play.

I’ve been using the app for years and I’ve never come across this issue. I’ve tried clearing cache, removing and re-adding plex as a provider.

Reproduction steps:

Attempt to play any media from the plex server via Symfonium app and nothing happens.

there’s no attempt to play anything in those logs but I do see some https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=REDACTED&f=1&nofb=1&ipt=b962770fdeb6886a095a3d4a9b449add94610910d3fb76a4d0cb495c9d40e350&ipo=images

So you are probably playing with some tools you do not master causing this.

Uninstall and reinstall had resolved. Is there a way to restore interface settings? I selected all options.

Not sure why it won’t let me respond to your post directly. But issue resolved via backup, Uninstall, reinstall, restore backup.
