Media source via plex Server not accessible

Issue description

It used to work fine until two weeks ago.
Since then I cant play music via plex server, only locally. I removed the media source and added it new. But by adding the media source the following happens: I can successfull login, then go back to verify the media source. Then the failure appears server not reachable via ip. Rest of the message is not displayed.

When I add plex as media source in my local wifi it works, but only locally.

Logfiles should be online and sent.

Can you please help?

  2. Login via web in plex server
  3. Close browser after successfull login
  4. Check media source to proceed
  5. Failure server connection

In the logs the app can’t connect on any ip published, you probably need to enable relay on the server.

I have plex running on a wd my Cloud Home drive, the settings there say relay is activated. It worked until two weeks ago, and I didnt change any settings.

Do you know how to Check whether relay is also active for plex, since i can login normally via Browser? Only via symfonium seems to get no connection.

Just try to add the provider when on mobile (not edit add another time)

I tried adding source on wifi and mobile broadcast, also tried editing the source on wifi and mobile broadcast.

As I already wrote, when I add on wifi the local media source and login via user and pw, its working. When login over weblogin via server it doesnt work. Not on wifi not on mobile.

I need the actual logs doing that, Plex was down a lot those last days / weeks, so it’s probably just that.
