Basically when on the lock screen the album cover or a custom photo is shown with a few buttons, most players I’ve used before have this so surprised it wasn’t here.
Problem solved:
Well not having to unlock one’s phone everytime to add songs to playlists or check queue
Brought benefits:
A lock screen layout that can be edited to one’s desired custom look
i have symfonium installed on a dedicated audio player. i often use the stock android “pin app” function when i’m not intending to do anything else with it, since the lock screen notification isn’t great. this means i can quickly check the queue, or let my friends check what song is playing on my stereo, or look up the lyrics. it works really well, but pinning and unpinning is pretty annoying. kore has a setting (“show over lockscreen”) that basically automatically pins it if you lock the screen with kore open, and i’d love a similar setting for symfonium.
Same. I just have the lock screen disabled. Screen turns on, and you’re in the app. If you dont want to disable the lock screen, you can pin the app and get the same kind of behavior
