License restore error on app after Google Play purchase (iBasso DX180)

Issue description:

Hello,

I recently purchased an iBasso DX180, and today (about 30 minutes ago) I bought the Symphonium license via Google Play.
When trying to restore the license from the Symphonium app on my iBasso DX180, I receive an error and the license is not activated.
I have already checked the following:

No ad blockers are enabled
Device date, time, and timezone are correctly configured
The device has a working internet connection

Despite this, the issue persists and I am unsure how to proceed.

I do have the Google Play payment receipt sent to my email, in case it is required to verify or confirm my purchase.

Please let me know if any additional information is needed to help resolve this issue.

Have you read the full FAQ ? The play store does not return a license. If you just purchased on another device the FAQ explains what to do. If you are using a different account then it won’t work.
