Issue description:
I get a notification that Symfonium is using resources excessively and slowing down my phone when listening to music with Symfonium and Android Auto.

As written everywhere do not use your mail as the issues are public …
The log is empty I need logs reproducing the issue, with that said you can first try to go to Settings/Advanced and run Cleanup internal state.
