LMS recently adjusted they scan year tags to help align where the originaldate is what is read first for the “year” tag. It’s working perfectly for artist and album pages (as I’ll show in screenshots), but for some reason if you select “year” for the now playing screen, it shows the release date tag instead.

Reproduction steps:
Select a song where the original date and release date have different years.
Choose “year” as a display option for the now playing screen.
Whoa. I was asking what might still be missing. Since before any changes, it would’ve said 2019 under “year” in the album/artist page. So this was a lot closer now.
Whoa what? I explained you a dozen of times that the data is from LMS. LMS did a change that changed some values but not the others. Why do you ask here again when you know it’s something to be changed on LMS side.

I only asked because i know LMS had made the adjustment, and I saw the correct year listed everywhere in symfonium except for one spot. So I thought it would make sense to ask in symfonium about it.
You have informed me that further adjustments need to be made. I will ask lms if they can do that.
