Issue description
I would like to import my own playlist from device but there is no such option so i used an option import exported playlist but then it showed errorr.

IIRC you have to use Files view to navigate to the *.m3u file. Tapping the three-dots menu button for this file will give you the option to import it.
Files view can be accessed by adding a shortcut to your Home Page or by enabling “Files” option in your Library page (via Settings > Interface > Library page > Library shortcuts)
Alternatively, there’s a setting in the Media Provider menu labeled “Automatic playlist import”. This should pick up your m3u if it’s inside your selected music folders. (Make sure to rescan your library after enabling!)
