Ignore leading article "The" when defining artists

Feature description:

This one is not about sorting exactly, as some other questions have been. Is it possible to ignore “The” at the beginning of the Artist name? For example, I’d like “Mekons” and " The Mekons" to be treated as the same artist rather than two separate artists.

Problem solved:

I would be able to see all Mekons (or Rolling Stones, etc) albums on the same artist page even if the Metadata includes “The” for some albums’ Artists and does not for others.

Basically, can we solve for this in settings or do I need to edit Metadata instead?

You need to edit the data sorry, you can use artists music brainzid to support different name and have them merged
